Born and raised on the Big Island of Hawai’i, Lauren has spent over a decade in the real estate industry. Her career began with an internship that opened the door to real estate, leading to a role as executive assistant at a boutique brokerage with a diverse portfolio, including residential and commercial sales and property management.

After four years, Lauren earned her real estate license and gained experience in sales and client-facing roles. However, her passion has always been behind the scenes—streamlining operations and supporting agents. This led her to found Hale Luxe Services, a company specializing in transaction coordination and virtual assisting for real estate professionals. Lauren helps agents manage deadlines, paperwork, and administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on what they do best—serving their clients.
